    The Immigration Consultant provides expert guidance and assistance to individuals, families, students, and businesses in navigating visa applications, immigration processes, and regulatory requirements. This role involves advising clients, preparing documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting clients throughout their immigration journey with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Job Responsibility

  • Provide consultation and assessment for clients regarding the most suitable immigration or visa options based on their profile and purpose (work, study, family, business, etc.)

    Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications, supporting documents, and legal forms in compliance with government regulations.

    Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, policies, updates, and changes for countries served (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.).

    Communicate with immigration authorities, embassies, universities, and other institutions for application processing and follow-ups.

    Maintain accurate records of client cases, documents, biometrics, and status updates through internal systems or CRM platforms.

    Explain timelines, fees, requirements, and legal implications clearly to clients.

    Provide support with visa interview preparation, documentation checklists, and qualification criteria.

    Review eligibility for travel insurance, student health insurance, and other required services, when applicable.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and ethical guidance.

    Ensure all information is handled confidentially and adhere to legal compliance standards.

  • Educational Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

      Certification or training in Immigration Consulting (desirable but optional based on region).

      Prior experience in immigration consulting, visa processing, or legal advisory is strongly preferred.

      Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, documentation, and case handling processes.

      Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

      Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to handle multiple client cases simultaneously.

      Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, document management tools).
