    The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, and supporting organizational productivity. This role includes managing office resources, coordinating schedules, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring a safe, orderly, and professional work environment.

  • Job Responsibility

      • Manage office supplies, purchases, inventory, and vendor relationships
      • Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
      • Supervise and support administrative personnel, reception, and support staff
      • Maintain office facility standards, safety procedures, and hygiene protocols
      • Assist in budgeting for office expenses and maintain cost controls
      • Monitor and manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail
      • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and filing systems (digital & physical)
      • Collaborate with HR in onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee support
      • Act as point of contact between management, staff, clients, and external vendors
      • Implement and improve office policies and administrative workflows

    • Educational Requirement

      • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
      • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative leadership role
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
      • Excellent communication and leadership skills
      • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP/HRMS is a plus
      • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
      • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
