education and training. This is where you come in. As a Skills Trainer, you

What You
Will Do as a Skills Trainer
As part of
our Volunteer Skills Training Program, you will:
- Deliver interactive workshops and
training sessions—either online or in person.
- Guide students through hands-on labs,
coding exercises, robotics builds, or clean energy projects.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and career
advice.
- Adapt your teaching style to ensure all
students, regardless of background, can follow and learn.
- Work alongside Nova Haven’s program team
and other mentors to create a supportive learning environment.

You Can Contribute
We welcome
trainers from diverse fields, especially in:
- AI & Machine Learning – Teaching coding, data science,
and intelligent systems.
- Robotics & Automation – Hands-on robotics engineering,
mechatronics, and drone technology.
- Clean Energy & Sustainability – Training in solar, wind, hydro,
and battery systems.
- Digital Skills & Innovation – Coding, web development, app
design, and creative digital tools.
