What You Will Do as a Skills Trainer

As part of our Volunteer Skills Training Program, you will:

• Deliver interactive workshops and training sessions—either online or in person.

• Guide students through hands-on labs, coding exercises, robotics builds, or clean energy projects.

• Provide mentorship, feedback, and career advice.

• Adapt your teaching style to ensure all students, regardless of background, can follow and learn.

• Work alongside Nova Haven’s program team and other mentors to create a supportive learning environment.

• AI & Machine Learning – Teaching coding, data science, and intelligent systems.
